Anyone who knows me for most of my life I was overweight. From my childhood all the way through to my mid-thirties. I've lost weight and gained it back time and again. In the spring of 2006 my sister was ready to have my nephew and at her baby shower we took a picture together and I looked bigger than her! I was disgusted with myself! I decided to change my eating habits and my lifestyle. I gradually lost 77lbs. I have gained a few back here and there but I have kept it mostly off. As a health coach I have learned so much about bio-individuality. Every diet doesn't work for all people! As a person who struggles to lose weight and it happens so slowly for me I can relate to people getting discouraged because things don't happen quickly. The hardest part of making a lifestyle change is that we forget we didn't gain weight overnight and we are not going to lose it that way either. I want to work with you to support you in changing your life. Gaining confidence and working toward achieving the goals that you want.

I have studied all the major dietary theories and want to help you figure out what works best for you.
